A very animated table in our guest restaurant

Every evening, we open our table to our guests.

The atmosphere is warm and friendly. We  serve fresh country products and traditional family recipes.

I will concoct for you grandmother's cooking secrets put to the taste of the day.

Here are some examples of home prepared dishes: Gougères, Parsley ham, Burgundy snails, venison in white wine with carrots, pork pâté, terrine of duck with green pepper or with hazelnuts, Burgundy beef, ham chablisienne, coq au vin, andouillettes of Clamecy, pork cheeks nivernaise, gratin dauphinois, pies, cakes and various desserts according to the seasons.
